Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. About the service
FiveM Tracker (“we”, “the service”) provides a public directory of FiveM servers, a shared anti-cheat blacklist, a Discord bot, an in-game script, an API, and Tracker Coins. By using any part of the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You sign in with your Discord account and must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
3. Server owners and staff
If you add the bot or the script to a server, you confirm you are authorized to manage that server and that you will inform your players that the server uses FiveM Tracker. You must keep your API key secret; you are responsible for all requests made with it.
4. Reports and the blacklist
Reports must be truthful and include real evidence. Our team reviews every report before it is added to the network and may refuse any report. Filing false, malicious or retaliatory reports, or using the blacklist to harass players, leads to loss of access for you and your server. Decisions follow our Ban & appeal policy, and every player can appeal.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: abuse, overload or scrape the service; bypass rate or plan limits; share, sell or resell API access; publish blacklist data outside your own moderation work; impersonate others; or use the service for anything illegal.
6. Tracker Coins and plans
Tracker Coins are a virtual reward with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold for real money, or exchanged for cash. Plans bought with coins are not refundable. We may correct balances that result from bugs, abuse or fraud, and we may change prices and plan limits with notice on the pricing page.
7. Directory listings
You are responsible for the name, icon, description and links of your listing. We may refuse, edit or remove listings that are misleading, offensive or break these terms. Partner status is granted at our discretion.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, errors, or decisions you make based on blacklist data. The in-game script lets players join if our API cannot be reached.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, servers, API keys or listings that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot and script and asking us to delete your data.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: open a ticket in our support Discord server.
